Burning Skye

Lady Skye James Isolde Fleming (Lady Skye will do) is doing fine, thank you for asking. Despite being left motherless at a young age due to her mother being burned at the stake, accused of being a witch, and her father dying in jail, she is sent off to live with family friends at the palace to learn how to become a proper high-society lady. Except that because Lady Skye is a witch’s daughter she is an automatic outcast, not to mention she has abilities like her mother that are beyond nature. And she should have left the confines of the palace ages ago but mostly she stays because she is in love with the prince. Oh, and the men that ousted her mother as a witch are now after her. But don’t worry, because Lady Skye is absolutely fine. Kind of.
